Site Facilities and Stallholder Responsibilities Policy
Please note that the event site does not have access to running water, electricity, or refuse collection and disposal services. The event organisers will not provide any equipment or infrastructure, including (but not limited to) tables, chairs, or other stall-related furnishings. The use of generators on site is strictly prohibited.
All stallholders are solely responsible for the management and removal of all waste generated by their stall. All rubbish must be removed from the site by the stallholder at the conclusion of the event.
Each stall plot is allocated a maximum size of 3m x 3m, unless prior written agreement has been obtained from the organisers. Stallholders may provide their own gazebo, subject to it fitting within the allocated plot size and complying with event requirements.
Stallholders are fully responsible for the health and safety of their stall, including their equipment, displays, staff, and members of the public. This includes ensuring that all structures are secure, that no hazards are created, and that all applicable health and safety legislation, regulations, and best practices are complied with at all times. The organisers accept no liability for incidents arising from a stallholder’s failure to meet these responsibilities
