We will not be providing any of the follow – tables, chairs, gazebos, electric, water, gas, fire fighting equipment. If any of the above is an issue please email traders@backwell-walking-carnival.co.uk

You must provide all equipment required for your stall or activity and be fully insured if required. A food hygiene certificate is required for anyone selling food and or drink.

We have limited bins on-site. Please be responsible for all rubbish you create by collecting and removing it after the event.

There is will be no vehicle movements after 11:15am and before 5:30pm (The site manager may adjust this time)
